Insight Gift of the Heart Seminar

This is a seminar for those who have life-threatening illnesses (cancer, Aids, cardiovascular disease, multiple sclerosis, etc.) or whose quality of life is significantly depleted (from metabolic illnesses, alcohol or drug addictions, tracheotomy, etc.).

Previous experience has demonstrated that this seminar can have a significant impact on a person living with a serious illness. The seminar can complement regular therapy in providing an effective method for producing positive change in a person's attitude to his/her life, environment and state of health. Better collaboration in medical treatment can result.

The seminar is also of great benefit to family members and support people, as it helps to optimize relationships, understanding and empathy between the healthy and the ill, renewing enthusiasm and vocation in this complex profession.

How are these seminars made possible?

As a service to the community, Insight Graduates periodically underwrite the Insight Gift of the Heart Seminars.

Seminar Focus:

• Resolving Personal and Interpersonal Conflicts.
• Clarification of Goals and Purpose.
• Responsibility (respond with ability).
• How to work for the common good.
• Effective vs. Non-Effective Conduct and Attitude.
• Increasing your Enthusiasm and Vitality.
• A Positive Attitude Healing from within.

GET INVOLVED! Become a Volunteer

How can I share in the great work of Insight Seminars?

If you are an Insight Seminars graduate you have the opportunity to become a Volunteer.

"A great gift has been the relationships and friends that have developed with other healthy people who are growing and changing. We all inspire each other. I love being of service and I love assisting. Watching others learn to open up and expand brings more clarity and joy into my life, and makes me more aware of possibilities."

-Leslie Fabian Licensed Social Worker

"People often misunderstand the concept of service, not recognizing that it is an active form of moving the spiritual consciousness, which takes place primarily when you serve from the level of positive attitude. Although you could respond, “Oh, I have to help them again,” it would serve you better – and who better to serve? – if you expressed the attitude, “Thank God I can be of service again."

-John-Roger Founder, Insight Seminars

"Happiness is a sign of successful service."

-John Morton Educator and Facilitator
